Our Story
Bacchus Waikiki has been a local favorite since 2013. Joseph Evans took over as owner in 2025. Joseph has been with Bacchus since 2016. He tended bar at Bacchus until 2022, and then lead the bar as General Manager until 2025 before he taking over as owner. Bacchus has since taken on a new sleek look but the neighborhood friendly vibe will always be a part of the bar.
